Philip K. Ryan

Philip has had a long career in financial management and financial services and is currently Chairman of Swiss Re America and on the Swiss Re Group Board, Board of Sunlight Financial, Bird Rides, and Advisory Board member of NY Green Bank. Philip also serves as the Chairman of MKB’s Investment Committee.
Philip was CFO of the Power Corporation of Canada from 2008 to 2012, and in that capacity was a Director of IGM Financial, Great-West Lifeco and several of their subsidiaries. From 1985 until 2008, Philip held various positions with Credit Suisse, including Chairman of the Financial Institutions Group and Chief Financial Officer of Credit Suisse Group (Switzerland).
Philip earned an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Graduate Business and a Bachelor of Industrial and System Engineering at the Granger School of Engineering University of Illinois.
