Nikoo joined MKB in 2018 and is Director of Operations, leading the firm’s operating platform across people, technology, communications, and core organizational functions, including compliance and internal controls.

She partners closely with the leadership team to drive strategic priorities across the organization, ensuring alignment between execution and the firm’s long-term direction. Her work focuses on strengthening day-to-day operations while building the capabilities required to support the firm’s continued growth.

Nikoo is also a member of MKB’s ESG Committee, where she brings an operational perspective to governance, people, and the firm’s ESG framework.

Prior to joining MKB, she advised organizations navigating periods of formation and rapid growth, with a focus on structuring and scaling operations.

She holds a double major from Concordia University in Communication Studies and Classics and Archaeology, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to systems, organizations, and long-term value creation.
