Philippe brings over three decades of experience focused on accelerating and scaling the transition to clean, resilient and affordable energy. His firm, Dunsky Energy + Climate Advisors, advises governments, utilities and others across North America in the areas of building and industrial energy efficiency and decarbonization, energy systems and renewables, and clean mobility.

In addition to leading his firm, Philippe contributes to public policy through public appointments, boards and committees. In 2023-2024, he served as Chair of the 19-member, independent Canada Electricity Advisory Council. He is also the current co-Chair of Efficiency Canada; an Advisor for the Clean Economy Fund; a member of the Electrifying Canada Taskforce, a founding Director of the Greater Montreal Climate Fund; and a past chair of the Quebec Government’s Electrification Working Group. He also previously served on the  the Taskforce for a Resilient Recovery, and on the Governing Council of the Canadian Green Municipal Fund, among other appointments. Philippe was recognized in 2021 as one of Canada’s Clean50 leaders, and in 2022 as one of North America’s Top 100 Impact CEOs.
