Connor joined the firm in 2023. As a Senior Associate and member of MKB’s investment team, Connor is responsible for transaction execution, sourcing and due diligence of investments, monitoring portfolio company performance, and conducting sector deep dives.

Prior to MKB, Connor worked at Reddick Wellington Investments, a Toronto-based family office, where he was involved in allocating capital across multiple asset classes and played an active role in advancing the group’s sustainability-focused investments. Connor began his career in investing at Quadrivium Advisors, a mid-market M&A advisor and private equity investor.

Connor holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University, a Master of Finance from Queen’s University, and is a CFA charterholder. He serves as the Vice-Chair of the Investment Committee for the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health, and is an active supporter of Capitalize for Kids, a youth mental health-focused charity.
